This Cognitive
Development Theory workshop will study in detail how children grow
cognitively. Jean Piaget found out something stunningly different than
what was understood for so long. Piaget discovered that children are not
miniature adult. Children think differently. Children perceive the
world differently. The impact of Piaget's findings is massive to the
world of education. No longer educators may approach children in the same
way. No more assuming that children think the same way adults
think. Consequently, no understanding this developmental theory may prove
fatal to the education of our children. Much pain and challenges in the
education of children can be solved once we understand cognitive development
theory. This makes workshop like this extremely important and valuable.
Each program will
be completed in 4 weekly meetings. Each meeting is done in two hours.
Each program is conducted in a form of workshop.
Workshop will
be presented in Bahasa Indonesia or English upon request.
